Li-Cycle Named One of the Top 100 Global Companies Contributing to the Global Energy Transition

We are pleased to announce that Li-Cycle has been named as one of the top 100 international start-ups contributing to the energy transition through the 2019 Start-up Energy Transition (SET) Awards competition. This competition is run by the German Energy Agency (dena) and supported by the World Energy Council.

Li-Cycle has gone through four evaluation phases of the competition together with 450 other applicants from 80 countries and was selected as one of the top 100 companies. Li-Cycle Technology™ competed in the innovative mobility category and proved that its solution provides a positive impact on climate change, energy transition, and sustainable development.

In September 2019, Li-Cycle and the other #SET100 companies will have the opportunity to exhibit at the 24th World Energy Congress, the flagship triennial event of the World Energy Council held in Abu Dhabi.
