‘Big’ resurgence in battery manufacturing causes need for Alabama facility: Li-Cycle CEO

Ajay Kochhar, president, CEO and co-founder of Li-Cycle joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the company’s plan to build a new recycling plant in Alabama. Kochhar says, “In the last five months, we’ve had a big resurgence in electric vehicle and lithium battery manufacturing.” This resurgence, he notes, “drives (company) tonnage, revenue, EBITDA.”
